How we make and check what you study

ZykoStudy is a study tool, not a textbook. Almost everything you practice here starts as material you already have — your notes, your slides, your PDF, your teacher's study guide. This page explains exactly who or what produces the questions you see, what gets checked before it reaches you, and how to get something fixed when it is wrong.

Where practice questions come from

• Your own material. When you upload notes, slides, or a document, an AI model reads that file and drafts questions from it. It is instructed to stay inside what your material actually says rather than adding outside facts.
• You are the editor. Generated questions land in your study set, where you can edit the wording, fix an answer, or delete a question before you play or share it. Nothing is locked.
• Teacher-authored sets. Questions written or edited by a teacher for a class are their content; we do not silently rewrite them.
• The AI tutor. Explanations from the tutor are generated on the fly and can be wrong or out of date. Treat them as a study partner, not a source you cite.

We say this plainly across the product for a reason: AI-generated questions and explanations can contain errors. Anything you are relying on for a grade or an exam should be checked against your course material.

Where written content comes from

• Articles on our blog and pages like learning research are written and reviewed by the founders. Posts carry a named byline and a publication date.
• When we describe a study technique as research-backed, we point at the underlying work — spaced repetition, retrieval practice, and interleaving are the three we lean on most — rather than asking you to take our word for it.
• We do not publish sponsored posts, paid placements, or affiliate links. Nobody can buy a mention on this site.
• Comparison pages describe competing products as we understand them at the time of writing. If we have described your product incorrectly, tell us and we will correct it.

Corrections and how to reach a human

There is a “Report a problem” control in the product — on study sets and inside games — that sends the page, the game, and your description straight to our inbox. That is the fastest route for a bad question. For anything else:

• Use the contact form, or email support@zykostudy.com.
• Factual errors in anything we published ourselves are corrected in place, and we note what changed when the correction is material rather than a typo.
• Copyright complaints follow the process in our Terms of Service, not this page.

What we will not do

• Sell or share student study material with advertisers — see our Privacy Policy.
• Run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on student pages.
• Present AI-generated text as human-written, or a marketing claim as a research finding.
• Invent reviews, ratings, testimonials, or user numbers.
